Lifetime Fitness, Health And Well-Being.

Lifetime fitness is the cornerstone to health and well-being.

I’m not saying you need to be fit enough to run a marathon without breaking into a sweat, or maybe pump iron with the super heavyweights.

You need to be fit to maintain your health, now and as you get older.

So for me a lifetime fitness begins with where you are now and is a totally lifetime commitment to maintaining and improving your health.

This blog will provide fitness, health and diet articles and resources to help you and me to improve our fitness.
